There is an amazing amount of precision that goes into making, tasting, choosing and serving wine. The shape of a glass can make alot of difference in the taste. That’s probably why when I served some recently in freebie glasses it didn’t taste that good to me. Getting the right stemware, like Riedel stemware for example, can really help bring out the flavor of the wine. For the more cutting edge people among us, they even have stemless stemware which looks lovely.
