Being Happy With Pink

I’ve got two little girls so soon I’ll have to face the reality that one or *gasp* BOTH of them will like pink things. I know I shouldn’t try to force color preference on them, that it is natural for girls (and boys for that matter) to like some of my less favorite colors. With my boys, though I knew society was on my side with the pink issue and they would take care of it even I didn’t.
I’m thinking about all the pink gifts my girls get every birthday and Christmas and I know at some point I too will join the gang because they like them so much. At least I can rest assured that I can get pink tool kits or pink drills at house-of-cool.com. I can certainly live with that.
Maybe I’ll even learn to like it.
