There’s a lack of good museums in Arizona.  It’s one of my dreams to go to a museum with artwork that I like and want to understand instead of all these modern art museums with stuff I can barely stand to look at let alone begin to even try to understand.  One museum downtown once had a lot of art that was on tour that I loved but that has long since gone and I’ll have to travel east or overseas to see anything like it again.  How come drawing like a 4 year old is the way portraits are done nowadays?  Everything is lacking in depth.  What happened to the Realists?  Their art was full of depth and unending detail and I liked it.
