Blog O’ Obscurity

Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino will once again hit the big screen in the same movie.  This will only be the third time they’ve ever been in the same movie, the previous two being “The Godfather Part II” where they never shared the screen and “Heat” where they barely ever shared the screen.

In this one, “Righteous Kill” due out in September, they will be playing NYPD detectives and who are working together so they will constantly be sharing scenes.   Not to metion the fact the the roles seem somehow appropriate what with New Yorkers playing New Yorkers.  I have high hopes for this one.
