The award for Classiest Defense Against a Lawsuit (Not) goes to the Guy from Girls Gone Wild.
The first is suing the second for $10million saying he had no right to use her name to promote his videos and that, since she was drunk and 17 when he filmed her, she couldn’t have understood what he was filming her for.
His defense is that since she was drunk and 17 she couldn’t have legally entered into a contract so he doesn’t need to have one. But he says he has her on tape with he ID giving consent.
I wouldn’t want to have to decide that case.
