It’s time for me to look into ipod docks again. The one I have spent too many nights by the stove playing music while my husband fried – food that is. It’s been splattered with so much oil, it doesn’t turn off anymore. And tuning in a station is a temporary thing – if you walk by it, the station changes. Don’t get me wrong, this particular dock has been great to me. It’s just time to get a better one. Maybe something oil proof.

Tuesday, February 7th, 2012Sometimes it seems like there’s not a lot to watch on Netflix, but every once in a while you come across something surprisingly original and funny. “Tucker & Dale vs. Evil” had me rolling on the floor laughing at every bloody moment. Two sweet backcountry hillbillies are just trying to have a nice vacation at their new cabin, but these terrible college kids keep dying all around them. Who’s going to believe Tucker and Dale when they say that they were just minding their own business when a college kid jumped into the wood chipper?
