On my recent trip back east I got the chance to visit Illinois for the first time due to a layover at O’Hare. Wow. I felt like I was back in 1989 waiting in line for Star Tours. The one thing that I really couldn’t believe was the lack of restaurants. Now, I know that O’Hare is a pretty big place and I was only in one wing of the leviathan. But, come on. I didn’t have time to sit and eat at Chili’s or Wolfgang Puck’s. My only other choices were McDonalds or Quiznos.

For all you short people out there: planes are built for you. Next time you fly the friendly skies, stand up straight and be thankful that your head doesn’t hit the ceiling.
